Normand's is a cozy little bistro, with a relaxed atmosphere. We create a super dish of braised Alberta Boar Shanks with roasted red peppers, honey, whiskey and black peppercorn. We have wild Arctic Muskox, Elk, Rankin Inlet Caribou, Wild Boar and Fish such as Arctic Char. We are well known for our wild game menu which is offered in October and November as is customary in France. Normand's: where the menu is country French with an Alberta accent. The exquisite preparation of each dish in a savory sauce is what makes each meal a special treat. Each day we offer at least one wild game dish. The dinner menu has a wide variety. Each day you can look forward to new lunch features including soup, sandwiches and seafood. Are you planning a special event? We cater for weddings, birthdays and B.B.Q.'s.
